Located at the intersection of N. Ola Avenue and W. Oak Avenue, the site offers excellent conditions, it acts as a
connection and starting point to the City of Tampas Riverwalk and it hosts a historic building.
The project calls for the design of a multi-family residential tower with a mixed-used component at the ground level
The project involves the adaptive re-use of an existing industrial heritage building, the Tampa Armature Works (the Trolley Barn) which is rich in detail, structure and spatial qualities.
Included in the scope of the project are a marina, and the development of an open civic, public space scheme to address the City of Tampas Riverwalk urban landscape scheme.
