The Resource Generator is an 11 stories structure that uses four elements of nature to create energy and accumulate water to serve the surrounding neighbourhoods. In mind with raising energy consumption in the next 30 years being around 20% the structure was envision to provide for those needs of the future.

The tower incorporates a total of 4 wind turbines that generate between 1MW and can generate energy for aprox. 1000 units. Bellow the wind tower there are Photovoltaic cell panels which have adjustable angles to be altered depending on the position on earth. The 34 panels can produce 5KW. The wind captured in the wind tunnel can filter out through the gaps left by the tilt angle of the solar panels.
The vegetation floor is located on the first level along with the mist generators are creating a pleasant environment lowering the temperature by 2 degrees.
The ground floor is open and allows people to connect with the tower that gives so much back to the environment.
