Description

Mixed Use senter Parnas have to be situated in the north of S-Petersburg, in the industrial district Parnas.
The main idea was to create a complex with minimum basement. Because on that site there are a lot of communications (pipe ducts, electrical cable and etc.) and besides a railway road and metro. So the best way was to create a complex above the ground, with minimum ground and underground levels.
