The aim of the project was to create an art gallery for Covilhã city, in Portugal. The main idea came of the old city buildings that are in bad exterior conditions and we opted to divide a block in 4 equal parts moving between themselves dividing the interior space. On exterior we made several fissures that, at the same time, create a heavy and light feeling construction. Together it creates interesting light shapes on the interior during all day.
