The public area of the complex is located in the building facing Amsterdam Avenue and the private area in the building facing the interior patio in the rear. Both areas are connected by a glass-covered bridge which serves both as access and link between areas. Some apartments have access through the top floor, and when going down to the lower level, you reach the bridge communicating both spaces, the opposite for the other apartments, with access from the lower floor. The idea was to have only one vertical elevator system and stairs to give access to all the apartments. On the other hand, the intermittent layout of the bridges in the interior patio creates a disordered space as a result of the diverse typologies of the apartments, all custom-built as they were being sold.
