The compositional logic behind the development of the project was based on the following criteria:
experimentation and innovation applied to the field of technology that involved the use of technical solutions aimed at the exploitation of natural energy resources, resulting in a correct relationship with the environment;
flexibility has been met by developing schemes simple and regular layout which, by the movement of sliding walls, to adapt the interior to the different needs of users;
the culture of the place was respected by the architectural language used, which refers to the Italian rationalist architecture of the town of Pomezia gives examples;
economy was achieved by establishing regular layout patterns, maximizing the relationship with the cost of construction, and materials that significantly reduce the burden of maintenance.
