De Matthaeis Square in the city of Frosinone is today an area strongly compromise by urban decay and environmental damage. It appear as an anonymous space, crossed by an unstopped traffic that break the relations between the urban macro areas before connected with themselfs.
The building proyected have the aim to mend the relations between city and the area of proyect through a reorganization and requalification of the urban spaces.
The idea is to create a ring-building, in which the interior part is a intimate and protected space, however connected with the esterior part and able to recover the quality and sensations of the around elements.
