A project is an attempt to a create space with richness and which is a pleasurable area. House has two entries, one from front road and other from side road, that’s the reason building needed to be focused from three sides, and it has been achieved in the elevation.
House having all its basic needs like drawing room, guest bed room, dining area, kitchen, bed room and master bed room, other than that it also has servant room multipurpose hall on 2nd floor. It have huge terrace on top floor for party. Building has nice basement with enclosed swimming pool and the swimming pool can be viewed from the entire floor. Building has life and its all value and it’s seemed to be unique structure. Staircase play very important role in interior of building. At the entrance nice hanging element is used which give shade at entrance. Building elevation is treated with different material, elements like teak, metallic tile, stone etc.; one can notice here that building having lots of element but also have balance elevation. One can also notice the massing of building in elevation.
