Guest house is made in 700sq. yard. It has 18 rooms of two different classes, excusive and standard class. Building has nice landscape in surrounding, as you entered in building one can noticed nice interior and huge mass. Building mass is based on square and rectangle and Straight line. Its elevation is treated with different geometrical form. Colour has been used predominantly. Elevation has bold line. From balcony of room one can take feel of landscape. Landscape of the building has been done so that it looks as the extension of the building itself. It includes water body, with green area and lots of elements create a sense of liveliness. all the room has been arranged in such a way so that one can get a pleasant view of the landscape area from the room itself.
