The Refurbishment of Nerchalet Hotel

This 30 years old hotel is located along the beach of Hua-Hin Resort, one of the most beautiful seasides in Thailand. The hotel has been left into a dilapidated condition but still operating very well, because of their great services. .

Our proposal is to refurbish the hotel with a practical design and, at the same time, preserving the warm and homely atmosphere of the Hotel. The design frameworks are including new court-yard area for lobby, reception area, and restaurant area, bedrooms & bathrooms, staff area and etc. More over, a big sun-defused canopy has also been proposed for the front open-court of the hotel, in order to create an extra shaded space for customer during sunny daytime. The canopy can, at the same time, create a new atmosphere to the hotel by its beautiful shadow and shade movements
