The centre was established to provide rehabilitation through care and education to young aboriginals who are caught up in the vicious cycle of alcohol, drugs and petrol stiffing. The building provides a safe and comfortable environment for the control, supervision, education and general health inprovement of all the clients through dormitory style accomodation with kitchen, dining, twin share rooms and offices for the cultural focused administration of the program.
