The project seeks to develop a building to start work as a sales office in a residential compound, and then change to be used as housing. It is a kind of mutation, a building that in itself is able to accommodate two types of functions in two different times. From that emerged the idea of working with a single element or twist desdoblándose two different things may seem at the same time. It was decided to experiment with the proposed development of a plane up and down without removing a single moment, a kind of endless band.
Serve as this idea as a comment on how to address the issue of architecture, space and form.
