Canberra’s Vantage Apartments achieve massive sales

The Marchese + Partners’ designed ‘Vantage’ apartments, in Canberra’s north-west, has achieved unprecedented sales in its first three weeks of marketing, with only a few units remaining.

Vantage will offer 120 designer one bedroom, one bedroom plus study, and two bedroom apartments within a striking five level building that will also include private BBQ and pool area, designed with the residents comfort and lifestyle in mind.

The sales success of the apartments comes at a time when Canberra’s multi-unit residential marketing is booming and showing no signs of stopping. M+P are currently designing three other apartment blocks in the area, which are expected to generate as much interest as Vantage.

M+P Principal and Founder, Steve Marchese, believes the market is showing little signs of slowing. ‘Reports suggest that as Canberra’s infrastructure grows, thanks to the $20 billion Building Australia Fund, the property market will follow suit.’
