Zaha Hadid Architects has designed the largest residential development in Singapore, the practice announced this week.

The £1.1 billion scheme, consisting of seven 36-storey residential towers and 12 villas, will be on a 78,000sq m site at the prominent location of Farrer Road.

The towers will be situated within landscaped green space and will include private gardens. They have been designed to offer the best views of Bukit Timah Hill, Singapore Botanic Gardens and MacRitchie Reservoir. Demolition of existing buildings begins next month.
