Of course the press release makes no mentionof when work on the 42-story building will begin—but in a spectacularbit of strategy that completely distracts us from the numerousquestions regarding the project`s financing, future tenants, etc.—thePort Authority has included this dazzling new renderingof the Rogers design. The Port Authority Bus Terminal with a massivegreen roof deck? Wowzers. At least the homeless people who sleep in thestation will now have a camping option.
