Kyiv-based architecture design studio Temp Project, led by Anastasiia Tempynska, has created raw textures and greyscale surfaces for eroticwear shop in Kyiv, Ukraine.
The ground floor of a historic building on Antonovycha Street, which architect Altarzhevsky constructed in 1911, houses the showroom of the erotic clothing brand Anoeses. Numerous Ukrainian designer boutiques can be found on this street, which is one of Kyiv's fashion hotspots.

The clients desired to create a private and emotionally secure environment. The previous building's semi-basement proved to be the ideal location.
According to designer Anastasiia Tempynska, the idea is based on concrete, metal, an achromatic color scheme, rough textures, and elegant forms.

Anoeses was founded in 2018 and immediately became well-known throughout the world. Global celebrities including Madonna, Julia Fox, and Sevdaliza have all worn its pieces.
The firm sells a variety of sensual apparel and accessories in addition to more laid-back designs that go well with bold daily ensembles.

There are three primary rooms in the showroom. The first showcases the textile line and corsets on open racks. The second has racks of leather accessories and latex clothing. This leads to a corset-shaped fitting room area that opens into a winter garden, which is a greenhouse with a leather swing.
In terms of interior design, mirrors are essential. The arrangement of different shapes on several surfaces adds visual interest. Above the reception area, a huge ceiling mirror gives the impression of greater height and a natural light source.

Visitors frequently take selfies there as well. Another spherical mirror on the wall suggests the strange look of an eye peering through a keyhole, as well as the surveillance mirrors found in underground parking lots.
A massive asymmetrical table constructed of charred wood that resembles a museum display case serves as the focal point of the second room.
There is a copy of Madonna's famous Sex book, which was photographed by Steven Meisel, inside, beneath glass. The 1992 book is regarded as the brand's creative "Bible" and a constant source of motivation. Each month, a new page is unveiled.

The showroom has a variety of lighting options, including display lights above the shelves, accent lighting in arches, and recessed ceiling fixtures. Zoned lighting is most frequently employed to create a dark, cocoon-like environment that is more akin to a cave than a showroom.

The area is dominated by rounded shapes that mimic the natural curves of the human body. A female sculpture provides a creative element.
The intricacy of human feeling and romantic desire is visually represented by these flowing curves set against harsh angles and spikes.

"While working on this project, I traveled to Switzerland. I think that’s why you can see echoes of the austere brutalism of museums, the dynamic energy of contemporary galleries, and the influence of Peter Zumthor’s architecture – whose work deeply impressed me during that trip – in the Anoeses space," said Anastasiia Tempynska.
