UNStudio published Knowledge Mile Park Bridge proposal

Along the Wibautstraat in Amsterdam, the campus of the University of Applied Sciences (Hogeschool Amsterdam) is currently separated by a busy road that divides the faculty. UNStudio shares their proposal for a much-needed connection, the proposal is called The Knowledge Mile Park Bridge.

UNStudio states that the bridge is "designed as an ecological, social and climate neutral structure, our vision for the Knowledge Mile Park Bridge is to create a living lab for students, local residents and visitors alike."

The bridge is completely constructed out of wood and will include greenery to provide a green and natural atmosphere in the midst of buzzing Amsterdam. It is located in a central location in and will be accessible to everyone.
