Anne Jordan is a New York-based artist, designs book covers and other graphic objects.Her work explores the intersection of typography and materials.Jordan received many awards and recognitions from Pixel Union,Women of Graphic Design,Typographie,The Casual Optimist – Book Covers of Note April 2015 to the Pattern Pulp and Booketing.Jordan's covers are a kind of play of words,textures and expressions in three-dimension by putting forward funny typographical arrangements within a colourful patterns,which creates different range of qualitative works to the reader.We have picked some of her works from her own website,annatype, to examine them carefully:
