Three Alliance Center is a mixed-use new development in Atlanta and built according to LEED® Gold or Platinum standards and the project designed by Tishman Speyer.
Located in the prestigious Buckhead submarket of Atlanta, Three Alliance Center is positioned at the enviable gateway into Buckhead, the intersection of GA 400 and Lenox Road. The 30-story signature office building contains 500,000 rentable square feet, and will be one of the premiere office towers in Atlanta.

Designed by Mack Scogin Merrill Elam Architects and Smallwood, Reynolds Stewart & Stewart Associates, Three Alliance will be the final phase of the successful Alliance Center complex. With completion expected in mid- 2016, Three Alliance will feature Atlanta’s first faceted glass curtain wall system offering panoramic views of Buckhead and neighboring submarkets.
In concert with One and Two Alliance Center, the campus offers expansive, shared greenspace in a heavily amenitized environment. Adjacent to the Buckhead MARTA Station, Tenants and visitors can enjoy the benefits of mass transit. Additional features include the latest in technology integration such as antennae located throughout the building to enhance data reception throughout, including the elevators. Tenants and visitors will enjoy an onsite Fitness Center, Conference Center, 24-hour security, and covered parking located underneath the building for convenience. In short walking distance, tenants will also have access to over thirty dining options,Atlanta’s top hotels, and world class retail.

Ideally situated just off GA-400, Three Alliance Center is easily accessible via MARTA (Atlanta’s light rail transportation), I-75, I-85, Lenox Road and Peachtree Road. It is also close to neighborhood amenities and attractions including the Mandarin Oriental and the Ritz-Carlton, as well as two of the country’s highest-grossing malls, Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square. Buckhead, one of the country’s largest and most affluent mixed-use communities, is often referred to as the “Beverly Hills of the East.” Buckhead has about 78,000 residents with a daytime population of approximately 140,000. Once Three Alliance Center is completed, nearly 10% of Buckhead’s 17 million square feet of office space will be located in the Alliance Center development.
