Instated in 2013 by Home & Design TRENDS magazine, the TRENDS Excellence Awards for Architecture & Design aim to accolade the utmost level of creativity, innovation, originality, and inspiring practices in the field of Indian architecture, interiors, and design.

The entries will open in early November. The website is designed to help you submit an eligible entry. Entries that do not comply with all the entry requirements will be declared ineligible for judging.

Entries open on November 15, 2014.

Eligibility

In order for the entry to be considered valid, all the eligibility guidelines must be fulfilled. Non-compliance of any of these shall lead to cancellation of the entry.

Eligibility Guidelines:

• The work must be located within India. However, the firm can be based outside the country and still be eligible.
• The relevant projects must have been completed within the following timeframes:
  • For Architecture: August 2010 – August 2014
  • For Interior Design: August 2011 – August 2014
  • For Product Design: August 2013 – August 2014
  • For Best Practice: August 2010 - August 2014
  • For Visual Design: August 2011 - August 2014
• An architect/interior designer should be a principal/owner of the practice and should posses a formal license of the copyright in the work being entered.
• A participant or firm can submit upto TWO entries per subcategory.
• For each entry, a separate entry form must be filled.
• Entries must be in English only.
