With a strong focus on creativity, these awards are a chance to showcase projects that are examples of fine architecture, but have also responded to the client’s development brief, and considered the way in which they will impact and contribute to the community around them.

Being awarded the Overall Winner at the MIPIM Architectural Review Future Project Awards 2014 was an unparalleled encouragement for our entire office. The developers of this project who had not been convinced of treading in a completely different direction from most other surrounding developments were completely convinced of the design which was helped by it winning the Future Project award. The win thus ensured our project being built faster while providing impetus to all of us at Sanjay Puri Architects to strive further in exploring new spatial relationships that are deeply rooted in tradition.
