World Architecture Festival reveals 2016 Finalists

World Architecture Festival (WAF) revealed strong shortlist of 2016 including 343 projects from all over the world. Now WAF in its ninth year, this year's awards received more entries than ever before. The 343 strong shortlist includes projects from 58 countries across 32 categories. All finalists will go on to compete at the World Architecture Festival in Arena Berlin this November. 

World Architecture Festival's strong shortlist consists of many well-known architecture practices from 58 countries including Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), Zaha Hadid Architects, CRAB Studio, Studio MK27, Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, Studio Gang, Foster+Partners, Emre Arolat Architecture, Reiulf Ramstad Architects, Tabanlioglu Architects, Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects. 

The World Architecture Festival is the largest international gathering of architects consisting of an awards, conference and exhibition. This year's festival will be held for the first time in Berlin from the 16 - 18 November. Join 3000 future collaborators and clients to celebrate, learn and be inspired. This year's festival judges list include Ole Scheeran, Kai-Uwe Bergmann, David Chipperfield, Christoph Ingenhoven, Rahel Belatchew Lerdell, Christine Murray, Sanjay Puri with 100+ names will be at WAF in November. WAF2016's co-located sister event 'INSIDE World Festival of Interiors' will also welcome the most famous interior designers and architects coming together from around the world to learn, connect and share ideas. Over three inspiration-filled days INSIDE shines a spotlight on the people, projects and developments that are changing the face of global interiors.
