New York Times architecture critic Michael Kimmelman has given a lecture focusing on 'global projects and climate change', including Mexico, San Paulo and Shenzhen within the scope of reSITE: Cities in Migration. Kimmelman evaluated migration problem as both 'challenge and opportunity.' Kimmelman said that 'climate change is accelerating and exploring urban weakness in many cities. There are many infrastructural problem that we deal with, like to provide a water to bad urban sites. There has to be general consensus between politicians, architects, scientists and authorities to change these level of supports''
