David J Clarke is an award winning design architect and founding director of MAP.
A graduate of the University of Melbourne, David has practiced overseas since 1984.
Before establishing MAP he held a senior position at WTPL (Hong Kong) and prior to that he was employed by Peter Eisenman (New York), and EMS (Melbourne).
David was the lead designer for numerous projects worldwide including;
- The Avare, Kuala Lumpur.(CNBC Malaysia Highrise Condominium project of the year 2008)
- City of Dreams, (Retail, Podium, and Hotel A), Macau.
- The New Corniche Development, Casablanca.
- Dai Beach Master Plan, Phu Quoc Vietnam.
- The Kowloon Commercial Centre, Hong Kong.
- LVMH Wenjun Distillery, Chengdu.
- Dhevatara Cove, Koh Samui.(Thailand Villa Project of 2006 Award)
- Dragonair Headquarters, Hong Kong.(HKIA Silver Medal 2000)
- 1063 King`s Road, Hong Kong.
- MTRC Tsing Yi Station.
- Beijing Intercontinental Hotel.
- Futian Shangri-la Hotel.
- Huawei Technologies Campuses at Shenzen and Bangalore.
Mr Clarke holds memberships with the Hong Kong Institute of Architects and the Australian Institute of Architects where he was the inaugral International Committee Chairman.
