I elected theme of the regeneration of old fortress in Kiev, the primary in my work at this stage. For me this theme as a declaration of alternative scenarios for the development of the historical centre of Kyiv, capital of Ukraine. I want to show by the architectural work, that the ruins of a large {tens of hectares!} Fortress in the city centre has a large tourist potential; it can urbanize not only by banal construction of 20 - storied residential buildings. I work on proposals for the Concept of creation tourism infrastructure in the formerly closed fortress. It should be beneficial to the state and private investors, based on the principles of sustainable development.
