"River" will form the area and domain in the stream of time, and it once was a source of the development of culture and one`s living sphere. Like the "river", we will try to orient city, architecture, and space which exist in the time stream of people, town, culture, and people`s life, and also seek for the possibilities of architecture and space which evolved out of communications and process.
