What began as a happy accident in BMS School of Architecture, Bangalore, drove me to pursue architecture passionately. I have always been inclined towards exploring how architecture influences the society. I recently completed a thesis based on an experimental approach – ‘THE PROGRESSIVE SHELTERS – Resilient Construction Nepal’ that helped me manifest into a sensitive designer.
I am on an emotional quest seeking a design solution that does not fail the people; that I believe in and which brings hope to the affected community. I feel, an immaculate blend of these three elements will ensure the rehabilitation of the affected community on all fronts. I strongly believe that change is the only ‘constant’ and the process is always in continuum. This is where I derived the inspiration for celebrating impermanence.
