Elzem is a MSc. Architect with academic qualifications and a team player with excellent communication skills over 15 years’ experience of working on large and complex projects as well as all inclusive 5 star hotels, international airport, shopping centers, residential building projects etc. Among the skills she brings into the project are her expertise in architectural design including hotel interior design, material approvals, producing details, facade design and contruction, site control and quality, finishing works coordination as per the shopdrawing and coordination with MEP disciplines. Also her expertises master degree in green roofs and selection of building materials and requirements for local regions in terms of legislation and green building certifications via BREEAM and LEED.
