I am an architect, restorer and conservation planner, graduated from University of Engoneering & Technology, Lahore , Pakistan in 19987,I h in the beginning of my careerI worked in the Muncipality of the capital city of Sanaa, then I joined the Excutive Office for the Preservation of the Old City of Sanaa, which was inscriped in the World Heritage List of UNESCO in 1984, that Office tyrasformed to whats known as The General Organization for the Presrvation of Historic Cities in Yemen, GOPHCY, where I worked for almost 15 years as restorer and conservation planner, I had many posts in GOPHCY, General Director of Projects for seven years and General Director for International Relations & Technical Cooperation for three years, after that I joined the Cultural Heritage Unit in the social Fund for Development SFD, as a Consultant officer 2004-2008, in 2009 I had my Master Degree in Public administration MPA from Dubai School of Government DSG,now I am a Senior Consultant in the Cultural Heritage Unit in SFD. I had desighned and implemented so many projects in many historic cities in Yemen, one of the projects is the restoration of the Grat Mosque of Sanaa, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world after the Prophet Mohamed (PBUH) in Madina, and the restoration projects of Al-Ashrafiyya Mosque and Madrasa, in Taiz,Yemen, which is one of the most prominent monument in Yemen fron Rasulit era 700 years ago as well as other projects. I designed many buildingsand villas.
