Chamber of Architects of Turkey Ankara Branch
The Ankara Branch of the Chamber of Architects organizes its activities with respect to a major concern of highlighting the social dimensions of architecture. Emphasizing the importance of public benefit, our organization points out the need for “architecture for all” and raises the traditional slogan of “Chamber of Architects in the service of society”. In this respect, it is intended to increase solidarity among colleagues, creating processes of participatory and collective action and contributing to the socialization of architecture.

In order to raise consciousness regarding the built environment and influencing public opinion on urban issues, we pursue various activities and disseminate our views through publications. We organize exhibitions in various parts of the city in order to penetrate the everyday lives of the citizens. All our activities are intended to reach diverse social groups in order to open space for their involvement in urban movements.
