Robert Hotes earned degrees in Architecture, Civil Engineering and Historic Preservation from Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania and pursued additional training in Moscow and Rome. He received the 2000 AIA Philadelphia Young Architect Award and co-chairs its Preservation Committee. He lectures widely on issues of architecture, preservation and sustainability.
