YoungArchitecture’s philosophy has been shaped in many professional workshops and a dozen of other art events that we participate in. Our “personality” has been significantly influenced through our collaboration with professional architects and professors who encouraged us to interpret architectural, philosophical and art literature in unconventional ways. The primary value for YoungArchitecture is learning from creation process itself and expanding our architectural perception. Working together in culturally diverse groups of people inspires us to look for a new identity and new ideas. We take inspiration from minimalistic architecture, Lithuanian and Japanese traditional architecture, as well as expressionism, deconstructivism and other trends in modern architecture. We create projects of contextual and obvious architectural forms looking for a simplicity, clarity and neutrality. However, we believe that attachment to one form of art, tendency or creative process is contrary to originality. The most important is to find our own identity and adapt to global but still diverse world.
