Founded on "A Manifesto for a green Architecture - 6 broad principles for a greener architecture. 1} Socio Economic - promoting social, economic & cultural upliftment. 2} Land - Respectful & in symbiosis with local environment & its resources. 3} Water- The protection, conservation, efficiency & re-use of water. 4} Energy - The conservation, efficiency & renewable use of energy. 5} Health - Non polluting and healthy materials. 6} Holism - Holistic & intrinsically recyclable.
