Santiago Montoya Ramos (born 19 October 1981) is a Mexican architect, urban designer, educator, theorist and author. A young, contemporary architect, he is the architect behind the Floating Gallery in London and Las Villas at Teques lake, works in RECON office in his native Mexico City. Over the last three years he has designed more than one million square feet, collaborating with over 100 architects on more than 20 projects. Graduate from the UIC school of Architecture, Master in architectural design by the UMP, diplomas by SCI-Arc and La Ibero (UIA). Founder of RECON arquitectura in 2010.
