I am manufacturing a cold rolled structural steel
I am actually expressing my interest in supplying my clients with your cold rolled, pre-engineered channel section requirements & as an alternative form of structural construction and a highly sustainable product.
Being London based with a factory unit of 15000.00 sq. ft. we can offer a fast-track, cost effective and eco-friendly building system in the construction of lightweight steel structures, penthouses, extensions, panel walling, external infill’s.
We also value through our design experts , and through precision manufacturing and on-time in full product delivery.
We have lines of production and computer controlled machines for the following profiles and like wise our machines can be transported to the site .
Profiles

64mm RFC x 0.75mm thick Designed for roof panels

90mm RFC x 0.9mm, 1mm or 1.2mm thick Designed ideally for load and none

Load bearing or partitions

140mm RFC x 1mm or 1.2mm thick Designed for infill’s and load bearing

Walls.

We can supply the channels loose bundled into frame packs or assembled as either trusses or panels. We offer a detailing, design service using Gcad, Strucad and Autocad packages although we are quite happy to produce
