Scott Mahaffey Architect is a full-service, award-winning architectural firm located in New York City, serving both NY and NJ. Working on mostly private residential and multifamily/mixed use projects (with a few public, commercial and hospitality ones thrown in) for almost 20 years, we emphasize design and ideas; we take our clients needs and work to make Architecture out of the end result. We know this is not the most popular or fashionable goal, but we believe that art and architecture, design and beauty are the stuff of life and its worth doing every time.
