Personal Statement

Performance oriented, committed to completing projects on time and within budgeted limits. A professional seeking creative technical solutions sensitive to human needs. Each project is initiated with personalized client interaction to insure the achievement of client objectives.
The success of the team approach relies on communication, especially with the most important member of the team, the client. The client --- quite often including both the owner and the community of users.

Communication is never more important than during the programming phase, which is the pre-design phase concerned with problem definition. It is during this stage that the vast amount of information covering everything from budget to climate and site conditions is collected and analyzed, goals for the project are developed and evaluated, and project objectives become established.

My objective has one goal: excellence. All efforts are directed toward its achievement: The Team Approach, Solid Client Communication.

• Become familiar with goals and objectives for 1, 3, and 5-year growth of Divisions Revenue
• Become familiar with Goals & Objectives for division overhead expense to Division Gross Revenue
• Become familiar with Division and percentage as a Profit Center and Business unit with other Divisions within the organization
• Understand the interface for the divisions with other divisions within the organization
• Determine the growth and expansion
