To the extent this Agreement is terminated by Author, the rights granted in this Agreement will terminate only after Author has removed all of his or her Authors Materials from the WA Site(s) excluding those Author Materials that cannot be removed by Author (e.g. comments posted to WA), and WA has received notice of the removal. If this Agreement is terminated by WA, this Agreement will terminate when WA removes Authors Materials from the WA website excluding comments posted to WA by Author. If the Agreement is terminated in these ways, the parties agree to cooperate in providing an orderly termination of the relationship.
