Ivan A. Taslimson is award-winning international architect based in Seattle, United States with practice worldwide, focusing in the fields of urban design, vernacular architecture, sustainable environmental design, historic preservation, with his unique signature: Organic Architecture.

As an architect and designer, Taslimson was involved in a series of architectural and building projects in US and Asia; his most recent ones are Bellevue 600 (Amazon Towers), Asia Africa Tower, hotels, resorts and many others, with design firms & companies such as: NBBJ, KDW Architects, now Salas O’Brien, Wattenbarger Architects, etc with diverse Fortune 500 clients such as AT&T wireless, Microsoft corporation, USWest (now CenturyLink), Bon Marche (now Macy's Dept. Stores), to name a few, as well as select private homes clientele. He was also involved in yacht design projects for renown naval architects and shipyards. Since 1997, he won several design competitions and design awards, such as (Vital Signs) at University of California, Berkeley and LINK Greater Seattle mass transit system preliminary design.

Born a child prodigy, Taslimson created his first design of the renown "real estate on the moon" with artificial genetic vegetation, advanced engineering, irrigation, transportation and atmospheric life support systems, at age 11. As gifted, he was sent to US and excelled formal training in college-level Honors courses at high school. He continued learning architecture & design in college, graduated with Bachelor of Arts from University of Washington, Seattle. During undergrad years, he also conducted advanced post-graduate research with professors from Harvard Graduate School of Design, as the early pioneers in theoretical design research of Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, etc in 1997. Since 2018, together with other distinguished mentors & professors he has been appointed as university mentor at several prominent colleges & schools (mainly architecture, construction management & urban planning) till-present.
