He has successfully led multimillion-dollar construction and fit-out projects from design development through closeout, working for firms such as Pivot Interiors, Vantis-One Workplace, and KCS West. His expertise includes overseeing construction documentation, navigating building codes, managing Owner's Authorized Representatives (OARs), and coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to maintain alignment with schedule, quality, and cost objectives.
Karam’s decision to pursue a Master of Architecture at Arizona State University marked a commitment to deepening his design capabilities and understanding of sustainable systems, BIM workflows, and structural integration. During his studies, he was awarded the Design Excellence Award (Fall 2022), recognizing his ability to merge concept and constructability.
He holds an MBA in Business Management, a Diploma in Interior Design, and multiple certifications, including LEED v4, Agile PM, and ISO/IEC AI Management Systems. Bilingual and internationally experienced, Karam combines technical proficiency with a refined design sensibility—making him a valuable asset for projects requiring both architectural intelligence and construction leadership.
