Piotr Cegielko was born in 1969 in Lublin, Poland. He studied architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology and he graduated from in 1995. Since then he has been connected with E&L Architects where now he is vice president. He continues to live and work in Warsaw, Poland. E&L Architects provides a complete range of architectural and engineering services from structural studies to special building utilities and roads. We also handle the supervision and coordination of works and preparation of all documents relating to tender and required building permits. Our design experience includes: offices and business parks, residental schemes, shopping centers and supermarkets, distribution centers, factories.
