• Worked closely with others professionals, including engineers and surveyors, to make sure my buildings meet the necessary standards. Also worked closely with contractors specialists on site and oversee projects from beginning to end
• All Preparing and presenting designs proposals to the client
• Using Auto CAD and drafting tool for design and project management
• Advising the client on the practicality of their project
• Producing working drawings from which costing are made
• Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
• Preparing planning applications
• Coordinating the work of consultants
• Making site visits to check on progress and ensuring that the project in running within the agreed timescale
