Japanese architecture studio Noiz Architects has imagined Osaka Pavilion as a social and living sculpture with mirrored surfaces at Expo Osaka 2025, Japan.
The Expo Osaka takes place from 13 April to 13 October 2025 in Osaka, Kansai, Japan.
The pavilion, called Null², was one of the eight Signature Pavilions at the Expo site and is inspired by the Buddhist concept of emptiness.
Made of a steel-framed structure, the pavilion aims to evoke a digital landscape within a futuristic physical world by incorporating metallic membranes that reflect its surroundings.
The recently unveiled monument is a striking example of the merging of philosophy and art that exemplifies the idea that "emptiness is form, form is emptiness." (...)
