Videl has over 10 years of professional experiences in Master Planning, Urban Design and Architecture. He has been involved in the master planning of projects ranging from 2 ha neighbourhood developments to visioning plans for new tourism destinations of 18,000 ha, as well as planning and architectural design for housing, public buildings and spaces, interiors, urban public realms, streetscape enhancements, integrated resorts, transit oriented developments (TOD), preparation of urban design guidelines (UDGL) and regulations for local government, and city revitalization for heritage building and districts. He has worked for both private and government clients, and has successfully led multidisciplinary design teams in the formulation of award winning master plans, recognized by professional architectural institutes. Videl’s main responsibility within TOWNLAND focuses on high quality design deliverables at international standards.
