Graduated with a Degree in Architecture and Project Management for Contractors, has more than 17 year`s of experience in all facets of construction. Andre is the project executive in charge of all the company`s construction. His range of involvement covers the development of the conceptual plan, analysis of feasibility studies and creation of a master schedule.

He takes the project through the design and construction document stages, and then coordinates the municipal and utility requirements for the project. For the entire construction project, he has direct responsibility for the administrative and managerial aspects. Hi is specializing in all aspects of the construction industry including the identification of Financial controls related to Construction Projects. Areas of particular expertise include project design, contract drafting, administration and review, scheduling, bid and scope analysis, cost reporting, claim resolution, insurance administration and claim submission, bonding, change order management, execution of value engineering options, executive level reporting, collections, and the administration of construction projects.

Andre’s depth of experience and wide range of skills are evident whenever he takes on a project. As co-owner he brings a fresh approach, he consistently demonstrates that constructing a building can be a positive and rewarding experience.
