Ian Fulgar is a product of the University of the Philippines College of Architecture and gained experience working with diversified LEED and Greenmark mixed development mega-projects in Singapore with worldwide industry consultants such as Skidmore Owings & Merrill of New York, Arup, Meinhardt, Cicada, Wilson Associates, and Davis Langdon & Seah. He is now managing his own architectural and technology studio in the Philippines focusing on planning and design specialties for special projects, hotels, resorts, museums, commercial and mixed-use township developments for developers, property owners, and business enterprises with a pursuit for the meta-modern in the next Philippine architecture.
