Nelson is a visual artist with several solo and collective exhibitions in Ecuador, Mexico, the United States and China. He has also taken part in artist residencies at Art Omi, the Tamarind Institute and the University of Kentucky. His main topics of interest are disorientation and walking as artistic practices. Nelson’s artwork explores the landscape and the territory with a contemporary approach.
