A client-focused, enthusiastic and self-directed construction professional Architecture BIM/CAD lead with 18+ years of
experience on conceptual design, schematic design, design development, contract documents, construction documents, pre –
construction, BIM coordination and planning across the different AEC industry sectors. For the past 18 years, I have focused
my efforts on the development, implementation, and support of advanced BIM technologies staying on the front lines. As an
early adopter of Revit and BIM technologies (2004), I have directed BIM implementation Programs for some of the nation's top
architecture firm. I continue to be an industry pioneer for Revit/BIM workflows and best practices, specifically for mega projects
ranging from corporate, high rise office buildings, commercial, hospitality, and Railway station.. I always strive to give each
client the most forward-thinking solutions to their BIM needs and requirements, in the most cost effective way, and while
providing the utmost flexibility for the future. Clients have included Brigade group, Shoba Developers, RS Developers, TATA
projects, Reliance projects (India) Network Rail, Cross Rail (UK) Riyadh Metro (ADA) A14 Highways (Highways England) High
Speed 2 (National Railway/Highways UK) international Hotels/Retail projects (K2M - USA) and many other high - profile
companies.
