Dale Laurin is an Aesthetic Realism consultant, a NYS registered architect, and an adjunct professor of architecture at CUNY College of Technology. He has 30 years experience as a designer and project manager, and is currently a team leader in NYC’s Department of Design and Construction. He has lectured on architecture at the not-for-profit Aesthetic Realism Foundation and--with colleague Anthony Romeo, RA--in the "Architecture and You" series given at numerous venues. The talks are based on this principle by Eli Siegel, founder of Aesthetic Realism: "All beauty is a making one of opposites and the making one of opposites is what we are going after in ourselves."
