Professor Joseph Aranha teaches architectural design at Texas Tech University, Lubbock Texas. He also conducts a seminar on architecture in non western societies. Prof Aranha has a variety of international teaching and working experinces in SE Asia, Europe, and Mexico. he had lead study abroad programs in Spain and Mexico and is currently engaged in his second Fulbright Grant, this time to Ethiopia.The first one was to Zimbabwe. Prof Aranha has authored and presented several papers on meaning, symbolism and cntinuity and change in various traditional societies in SE Asia and other parts of the world.
